I guess ..It’s only fitting that the public will be able to say their last goodbyes to Michael Jackson at Neverland, the kid-like palace with an amusement park and now defunct zoo that the entertainer built for himself outside of Santa Barbara, California.

The King of Pop’s body will be driven to Neverland Ranch at 10 am Thursday morning in a 30-car motorcade to prepare the body for public viewing.

Word is the viewing will happen on either Friday or Saturday at Neverland Ranch.

Traffic is going to be a nightmare, no doubt!

Update: It’s confirmed.

A viewing will take place at Neverland on Friday – and it will be open to the public.

A private memorial service is scheduled for Sunday.

Reached for comment, chief financial officer Angela Zucconi said, “We will be making a statement by the end of the day. That’s all I can say at this point.” She referred further questions to CEO Steve Aaron, who was not immediately available. Compton rapper The Game says he got a call from Michael Jackson at the height of his beef with 50 Cent.

Earlier this week, Chris Brown pled guilty to beating Rihanna. As part of the plea deal he struck to stay out of jail, a judge ordered that he can’t come within 50 yards of her (10 yards of her at music events). However, according to a mutual friend, the two are not happy with that.

“They think it’s unnecessary and ridiculous,” the friend told the NY Daily News. “After , Ri and Chris talked on the phone for almost an hour and really worked at becoming friends. They’re solid now.”

The friend said the two are no longer romantically involved, but we are still sticking with the story that Chris and Rihanna are still getting it in.

Yesterday afternoon Michael Jackson passed away suddenly – sending the entire world into mourning. But what happened. Was it an accident?? Or could it be more???

Well a person close to the family who has GRAVE CONCERNS about many of the things they saw and heard about with respect to Michael in the past few weeks. And, without going into detail, we can tell you that what she told us was EXTREMELY!! disturbing.

Apparently we’re not the only ones disturbed. The insider claims that they’ve been assured that the Los Angeles Police Department is ACTIVELY investigating the possibility of a homicide.

And it looks like the Los Angeles Police department isn’t lying. Homicide detectives VISITED Michael Jackson’s home and have already conducted a number of interviews.

We also have learned that police are looking to talk with Michael Jackson’s DOCTOR and have not been able to. According to online reports, he has not been seen since Michael’s death

We’ve just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We’re told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived.

Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive.

We’re told one of the staff members at Jackson’s home called 911.

La Toya ran in the hospital sobbing after Jackson was pronounced dead.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince “Blanket” Michael Jackson II.

The rap industry superstar Dwayne Carter, known as Llil Wayne,” appeared before a Yuma County, Arizona judge for a pre-trial hearing for his drug possession and weapons charges on June 23.

In January of 2008, Carter was arrested on Interstate 8 at a U.S. border patrol checkpoint. Upon searching his tour bus, authorities said they found cocaine, the party drug Ecstasy and a handgun, according to the Associated Press.

The rapper’s attorney, James Tilson, told the Yuma County Superior Court judge that he requested records from the U.S. Border Patrol several months ago, and they have yet to hand them over.

Tilson said the border officials told the Yuma County Attorney’s Office they have no intention to relinquish the training record of the drug-sniffing dog that was used in the search as Tilson requested.

“If the dog is not reliable, then that puts the entire probable cause for the stop into question,” he said.

Carter’s attorney also plans to reiterate his previous petition to attain any video footage recorded by border surveillance when the incident occurred.

The rapper faces one count of weapons misconduct, one count of possession of dangerous drugs and a count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He previously pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Carter is scheduled for another court appearance on August 11.

Bravo has announced that The Real Housewives of Atlanta will return for its second season on July 30 (10 p.m., ET).

(AP) – Authorities say visits with inmates have temporarily been suspended at the federal prison in Forrest City because of an illness outbreak.

The prison says visits have been temporarily suspended because of a number of inmates with a “suspected gastrointestinal virus.” Prison officials say they don’t yet know what’s sickened the inmates, but that they don’t suspect swine flu.

A prison official says visiting hours will resume once the virus is contained.

The prison in Forrest City is a low-security facility housing male inmates, including rapper T.I., who is serving a yearlong sentence on a weapons charge.

Chris Brown has copped a plea in his assault case. He won’t do jail time, but he will spend 6 months doing things like road cleanup. He’s also been ordered to stay 50 yards clear of Rihanna.

He’ll spend 180 days doing community labor (8 hours a day — 1440 hours total) — which is, in effect, hard labor. He’ll do his service in Virginia which is where Brown lives. A Virginia law enforcement officer told us Brown will be picking up trash, pulling weeds and washing fire trucks.

He gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault — he pled guilty. He’ll get supervised probation. He’ll have to come back to court every three months.

He must enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.

This is interesting … the judge said if Brown and Rihanna are at the same public events, the 50-yard stay away turns into 10 yards. The stay away order lasts 5 years.

The judge said she wanted to make sure that Chris Brown “was treated as any other person who comes through this court.”

If Brown violates probation, he could get up to 4 years in prison.

Rihanna is in the courthouse but never entered the courtroom.

So Brown is now a convicted felon and loses the right to vote or carry a gun.

When Brown left the courtroom … Rihanna walked in the courtroom. The judge explained the deal to her. The judge is telling Rihanna about the protective order.

UPDATE: Brown is in the courtroom. His head is down and he looks rather upset. His mom is in court, along with other family members. There is reserved family seating.

Chris Brown just walked into the court in downtown Los Angeles, through a sea of media and law enforcement.

Officially, his preliminary hearing is set to begin at 1:30 PT and Rihanna is supposed to testify. But Brown’s lawyer was in chambers this AM with the prosecutor and the judge. There’s a chance they’ll announce a deal when the case is called.

Aubrey O’Day is holding up after she was robbed Wednesday in Los Angeles. According to TMZ.com, Aubrey was walking down an alley on her way to tape a TV Guide segment when someone ran behind her and stole everything she was holding — including an pricey Zac Posen dress.
“Aubrey is doing well. She is just a bit shaken up from the day’s chaos and is grateful that she and those around her were unharmed.”

Monday is Chris Brown’s pre-trial hearing. He and Rihanna won’t have to worry about having their looks, smiles and glimpses scrutinized, because no camera’s are allowed in the court room. The summer tour circuit just got interesting. The “America’s Most Wanted” tour was just announced and it’s going to feature four of the hottest acts in hip-hop. Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Soulja Boy, and Drake. This line-up covers all bases in the genre. You got Weezy for the wordplay, Jeezy for the bird play, Soulja for the child’s play and Drake’s versatility.

The “Best I Ever Had” rapper called into New York’s Hot 97FM  to discuss the tour, his new album, and new video.

How fortunate is Drake? The video for “Best I Ever Had” is directed by Kanye West, Pharrell is producing tracks for his album, and he’s recorded several songs with Jay-Z for Blueprint 3. There hasn’t been a buzz for a rapper like this since 50 Cent signed with Shady/Aftermath. Speaking of signing, word has it Drake is days away from signing his solo deal. Universal Records and Warner Bros still seem to be the leading candidates.

I say put loyalty to Weezy aside and sign with Lyor Cohen and Warner. Universal is cool, but Lyor’s track record speaks for itself. Plus you want to control your own destiny. If ever things got funky between you and Weezy, you don’t want to be that dude crying on the other end of the phone.

The 2009 BET Awards is SUNDAY, and already there’s some drama developing. According to a Destiny Child’s Rumor blog, it looks like Beyonce and the other girls from the once popular group is still feuding. Alleged “sources” are saying that our modern day Diva’s notorious manager, Matthew Knowles, is threatening to pull Beyonce from the lineup of performers if the Viacom owned channel chooses to include Letoya Luckett to apart of the show in any performing capacity.

It seems that Letoya’s mgmt is working hard to ensure Luckett’s performance, but anyone who knows Matthew understands that he does have the bigger bargaining chip.

I want to stress that this is a rumor at this point, but I believe every word. Matthew has become quite the industry beast when it comes to his princess Beyonce. Too bad he doesn’t put the same effort into Solanges’ career. I’m just sayin..

Jamie Foxx and Halle Berry shared, what appeared to be, a very passionate and shocking kiss on Spike TV’s “Guy’s Choice Awards” last month. For Foxx, the kiss started off as a planned joke but quickly turned into something he says he had to ‘think fast’ and act over.

“I almost froze but I said, ‘Think quick Foxx,’ and I got into it… she really gave it to me and I appreciate that,” the ‘Law Abiding Citizen’ actor confirmed in a recent interview.

While the kiss between the duo was passionate to say the least, Foxx is quick to point out his respect for the Oscar winner.

“It was a joke. First, I want to let everybody know that I respect Halle Berry and I respect her relationship. But after she won the Oscar, Adrien Brody came up and laid a little tongue on her. So she decided to get me back, which I didn’t mind at all,” says Foxx.

Both Foxx and Berry have forthcoming films on tap for release over the next year. Berry will appear in ‘Frankie and Alice’ while Foxx is due to appear in ‘Law Abiding Citizen’.

Last night’s performance by newcomer Jeremih was supposed to be an intimate industry affair at Luckie Food Lounge. Instead, the night ended with 3 men being transported to a local hospital with stab wounds.

According to witnesses, a brawl broke out between Grand Hustle’s DJ Drama and Young Jeezy’s crews around 2:30 am, moments after Def Jam artist Jeremih left the stage.

Furniture was thrown and as many as 20 men were involved in the fracas as frightened patrons scattered for cover. The altercation spilled out into the parking lot across the street from the Georgia Aquarium where gunshots were heard.

No one was reported shot, but the most seriously injured man was Jeezy’s personal security, the popular “Bama,” who sustained multiple stab wounds to the face. We also hear jeezy may have received a cut!!!

Most of Young Jeezy’s bodyguards and entourage were arrested at the scene. Also placed in handcuffs was Akon’s brother Bu, A&R for Konvict Music, who was rolling with Jeezy’s camp last night when they showed up at Luckie’s 40 deep.

Word is that the fisticuffs had to do with some old beef involving a mixtape that DJ Drama put out last year. It seems that trouble follows DJ Drama these days. Usually DJs are the quiet, bookish type. But Drama certainly earned his nickname last night.

Other celebrities in the spot included rapper Ludacris, British singer Estelle, Eboni Elektra and Nicole Brown from 3 Brown Girls.

Turns out you don’t have to actually know who you’re suing to file a lawsuit, because Beyonce is going after a bunch of Bootleggers for selling fake goods at her concerts.

Beyonce has filed a federal lawsuit today in New York, alleging that a pile of shady people have sold knock-off cd’s and merchandise in “the vicinity” of past concerts she’s performed around the world.

Beyonce believes the piracy is bound to happen again — specifically at her upcoming concerts at Madison Square Garden on June 21 and 22 — so she’s asking the court to deem it illegal before the bootlegged Cd’s hits the streets.

“The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken,” read the documents, filed in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court.

“There is no reasonable hope of reconciliation.”

That’s one opinion. Wonder what the detectives apparently hired to trail the singer think…

The “Love in This Club” singer is seeking a full rundown of all documents his missus has kept during the course of their marriage, which began when the duo tied the knot in a quiet civil service Aug. 3, 2007.

That includes tax files, paycheck stubs
, bank account information and other financial records, insurance policies
, real-estate rental agreements, medical records and automobile registrations.

On the more personal-and potentially acrimonious-side of things, he’s also seeking copies of “notes, cards, letters, photographs
, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes” or other evidence that reflects on Usher’s conduct during their marriage, as well as detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either “surveillance or investigation” of her onetime better half.

The latter request seemingly brings credence to rumors that Raymond had hired a private detective to trail Usher during their time apart.

Making sure no stone is left unturned-or potentially leaked to the media, no doubt-he’s also requesting copies of “any and all diaries or personal notes kept…during the course of the marriage.”

Finally, Usher is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their two sons together, 18-month-old Usher V and 6-month-old Naviyd Ely, saying the tots “are substantially dependent upon each party for support.”

A man who lives next door to a house Rihanna rents in Los Angeles is suing the singer for ruining his lawn.

Don’t laugh. This is serious.

In a lawsuit filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Christian Moeller alleges Rihanna and her entourage use his lawn as a driveway and a parking lot.

Rihanna rents the mansion from Stephen Yacobian, who is also named in the lawsuit.

Yacobian made an agreement, called an easement, with Moeller giving permission for cars heading towards Yacobian’s home to drive on a section his lawn, but since it’s not the home has since been remodeled and Moeller claims the easement is now redundant and should be revoked.

Moeller also claims a security camera installed at the home points onto his property. Moeller is seeking unspecified damages for trespass, invasion of privacy and other claims . . . such as publicity for silly, stupid and frivolous lawsuits.

The Snowman has a controversial history with Gucci. Seemingly out of the blue 50 Cent announced that he would be releasing a self-described street album for download this Tuesday (June 16) on his wesbsite ThisIs50.com.

Fif revealed the news in an interview with MTV News, where he said the disc, titled War Angel, is more like a street album, as opposed to a mixtape. “Creatively, this is not even a mixtape,” he said. “That’s why I put LP next to it. … My core audience will understand it immediately, and it’s written specifically for that.”

The G-Unit honcho is very proud of the 10-track project. “When you hear it, out of all the material I put on the street, you’re gonna say that’s the best body of work I put out in the mixtape circuit, period,” he boasted. “The way the mood of music is right now, when they hear what this is, they’ll say, ‘That’s what we needed.’”

While the Queens rapper is hard at work on his long delayed studio album, Before I Self-Destruct, he plans to drop several other releases in the meantime. “I have two other tapes to follow it,” he shared. “Fourth of July, Sincerely Southside Part 2 coming out with mostly ’90s music on it. Timeless music, classic hit records. Then, after that, there’s a G-Unit mixtape. It’s actually untitled. I’ll be finished with it in the next day or so.”

Retired boxing legend MIKE TYSON has married his girlfriend LAKIHA SPICER in a secret Las Vegas ceremony, according to online reports.
Tyson and Spicer took out a marriage license in Las Vegas on Saturday (06Jun09) and the couple married later that evening at the La Bella Wedding Chapel in the Las Vegas Hilton, according to RadarOnline.com.
Spicer has been helping Tyson grieve since the tragic accidental death of his four-year-old daughter Exodus just two weeks ago.
Little Exodus’ seven-year-old brother raised the alarm when he found his sister unconscious and hanging from a power cable attached to gym equipment on 25 May (09), at the tot’s home in Phoenix, Arizona.
She was rushed to hospital and put on life support, but died the next day.
Tyson shares the two children with his second wife Monica Turner. He has five other children from other relationships.

Rap artist T.I. entered a minimum security federal prison in Arkansas on Tuesday (5/26) to begin serving a 366 day sentence on federal gun charges.

We learned through interviews
that T.I., who is commonly referred to as “Tip” by family and close friends, didn’t want anyone visiting him while he does his time in prison.

According to friend Bobby Ray as told to the Atlanta tabloid Creative Loafing:
“He doesn’t want anyone to see him in prison. I thought about it, I was definitely going to come by a lot. But he doesn’t even want his kids to see him there. He doesn’t want that image implanted in their heads, of him being in jail. I can kind of understand that.” But three weeks into his 52-week stretch, T.I. couldn’t bare not seeing his baby, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, one more day.

Although T.I. talks on the phone
with his children regularly (the smallest ones think he’s away at school), he reportedly told Tiny that he missed her terribly.

So yesterday, Tiny and a friend caught a flight to Arkansas where she visited with her man for the first time since his incarceration. The friend wasn’t allowed in to visit T.I. because her name wasn’t on the approved visitor’s list.

As you know, Tiny and Lil Wayne’s ex-wife, Antonia Carter, are set to star in their own reality show which will air later this month on BET. The show will focus mainly on family and Tiny’s plans to keep herself busy (and prosperous) while T.I. is incarcerated.

According to an inside source, Tiny’s salon – the one you’ve read so much about on the blogs, is close to opening officially, but there’s still much work
to be done. Despite the fact that you will see the salon on her reality show, it isn’t open yet.

But the big news
is that Tiny is putting the finishing touches on an as yet unnamed girl group whose members will include Tiny’s daughter Zonnique Pullins (affectionately known as “Meek”), Lil Wayne’s daughter Reginae Carter, 9, and two sisters – one of whom is the daughter of Silk member Jonathen “John-John” Rasboro.

I just spoke with a source close to Temeka, who is still in Arkansas visiting T.I. in prison. Tameka said to tell my readers that “anybody can write to Tip.” She said there is no pre-approved mailing list

Word on the street is, anyone who is not on the approved visitors list will have their mail sent back to them unopened. The prison where T.I. is locked up doesn’t have the capacity to keep up with thousands of fan letters a week so they are returning all of his mail.

50 Cent will appeared in court yesterday for a lawsuit he recently filed against a contractor for allegedly overcharging the G-Unit general for repairs to his infamous multi-million dollar Connecticut home. 50 Cent says he hired BVH Integrated Services to perform repairs to his Farmington mansion that were set to cost $44,000 but the company billed him for $2.7 million dollars. 50 Cent says simply that he would have not bought the house to begin with if he knew about the damages. “I would not have purchased the property with $1 million worth of work to do. To be honest I would not have purchased a house with $700,000 worth of damages,” 50 Cent testified in court. “I would have felt I was living in a construction site.”

Rap star Eminem was the victim of a robbery on Sunday (May 31) at the MTV Movie Awards.

According to reports, the rapper’s hotel room was burglarized during the infamous awards show, as robbers made off with a $60,000 necklace.

Additionally, the thieves stole Eminem’s personal laptop computer.

The news comes on the heels of a now infamous incident, in which comedian Sacha Baron Cohen’s “Bruno” landed bare bottom – in Eminem’s face.

In more positive news, the rapper’s album Relapse album topped Billboard’s Top 200 Album’s chart having moved over 608,000 copies last week.

The album also sold another 225,000 copies, making the top selling album on the Billboard 200 chart this week as well.

At press time representatives for Eminem could not be reached for comment.

Brandy has reached a settlement with the children of the victim who died in the singer’s 2006 car crash.

Over two years after being involved in a fatal car accident that left one woman dead, Brandy has settled with the two children of Awatef Aboudihaj, a 38-year old mother from Los Angeles. Each one will receive $300,000, according to court documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court today.

In December 2006, Brandy’s SUV struck another vehicle on L.A.’s 405 Freeway, causing the four-car pileup which left Aboudihaj dead. The Moesha star was not charged with any crime after Los Angeles police ruled there was “insufficient evidence” that she’d committed vehicular manslaughter.

Aboudihaj’s husband, Marouane Hdidou, has also filed suit against Brandy. In February, he rejected his part a $1.2 million settlement offer. The victim’s parents also have a lawsuit pending.

Rapper 50 Cent is under some financial strain over his Connecticut mansion.

You see, 50 bought the 50,000 square foot mansion from Mike Tyson in 2003 for $4 million. He then put in a reported $10 million in renovations. And then two years ago he put it on the market for $14 million.

It now seems like 50 made a VERY BAD decision pricing it the way it did. Because after it being on the market for nearly two years, Fif was forced to take it off. Why – you ask? Because nobody wanted it for that price.

Here’s how one local real estate broker put it:

“The house is not worth $1 over $5 million,” said Prudential Premier Homes agent Rob Giuffria. “Celebrities often overvalue a house, so they keep dropping in price. That home in that location is not worth anywhere near $14 million, and it will never sell for that, no matter how long you leave it on the market.”

And now it looks like 50’s trying to get money from anywhere he can. According to legal documents, 50 Cent says he hired a firm to inspect Mike’s old mansion in 2003. He says he assumed the company’s estimate of $500,000 in repairs was “a legitimate assessment” of what the repairs would cost. But Fif ended up spending about $6 million with this developer in repairs.

In response, We learned that the firm is claiming that 50 Cent wanted “extravagant and costly upgrades.” Some of the upgrades included an on-site stripper club, and a state of the art gun range.
